Using XMediusFAX for iPhone and iPad is as simple as sending an email. Plus the security - to keep all your sensitive and confidential data safe.


o Send documents to the same fax numbers you have always used.

o Enter fax numbers manually or select multiple contacts from your device or your XMediusFAX phone book.

o Save your contacts as Favorites for a fast and easy access.

o Fax any legal documents immediately upon signature, while on the road, using your embedded camera.

o Select your documents from iCloud Drive, DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or any other file management app.

o Fax from other apps by selecting the XMediusFAX app as document export destination.

o Select your corporate cover sheet template and type a subject and a comment.

o Configure fax options (priority, resolution, retries) and schedule delayed faxing.

o Track your received and sent faxes directly from your mobile (only available with XMediusFAX 9.0+ or cloud account):
- Receive app notifications upon fax reception;
- List, view and manage all your faxes (mark, delete, resubmit, share, send as new fax...);
- Annotate and resend any of your faxes (e.g. to reply with your signature).
